Officers of the Friends of Moorfields:

The Friends' Director, Administrator and Accountant attend the meetings, to which the Moorfields NHS Foundation Trust Chief Executive and the Director of Nursing and Operations are invited. The organisation is currently administered by a staff group of five: Tony Willoughby, Director Liz Fisher, Administrator Nneka Akwaeze, Accountant Natalia Tomashpolskaya, Shop Manager Maria Roddy, Deputy Shop Manager For pictures of the Chairman, Vice-Chairman and the staff group see the Image Gallery. Tony and Liz are responsible for the smooth running of the organisation on a day-to-day basis. The general office, situated in the main hospital building, maintains a computerised database of members, donors and suppliers and deals with all correspondence and enquiries. Supervision and co-ordination of volunteer work is also carried out from the office. Once recorded in the general office, financial income and expenditure details are maintained by Nneka who presents finance regular updates to the Finance Committee and compiles the Annual Report. With the assistance of a sizeable volunteer team, Natalia and Maria open the Friends' Shop from 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. Monday to Friday, and the Children's Centre Shop from 10.30 a.m. to 3.00 p.m. |
